The Anticipation of Travel Is Most Important!

For those of us in the travel business, what was somewhat uplifting news was the U.S. State Department lifting the "do not travel advisory" warning.  At least it's a start...

Of course, there are still so many restrictions in place but at least there seems to be some opportunity for people to travel if and when they're ready.

Some of my fellow Travel Advisors and their clients have started to check out some locations and have had positive experiences with flying, airports, countries, and properties that have all the new protocols in place to ensure the health and well-being of visitors, now and in the future.  There's been some encouraging news.

For Americans, there are many great opportunities within the U.S. including places like Florida, the Carolinas, and even Hawaii looks to be opening hopefully as of October 1st.  There are also some Caribbean islands that are also doing a great job as well as some popular spots like Los Cabos in Mexico.

There are even options such as R.V. rental and villas available for booking either this year or in 2021 for family travel.  Another great option is the French Polynesian islands in the South Pacific including Bora Bora, Moorea and Tahiti.  Croatia, The Maldives, and Turkey have also opened and even Rwanda and Tanzania have opened for international visitors.

Check out this link of a recent article in CNN news, as of August 25th, showing the latest countries open to U.S. Tourists along with the corresponding restrictions for entry.  Of course, the availability is far greater for those folks holding passports from Canada although at this time, the Canadian government is still recommending Canadians avoid any non-essential travel outside Canada.

Once again though, if you're anxious to travel and would like to start to plan some travel in the near or distant future I'll be here for you, when you're ready! That way, you too can enjoy the anticipation of traveling!
